Having spent the vast majority of my life as a fitnessphobe, when I finally decided to do something about it, I was nervous. I knew the approaches that weren’t for me - anything too ‘tough love’ or military discipline - so was looking for someone who could gently bring out the best in me, whilst at the same time putting me properly through my paces; for all my hesitation, I wasn’t afraid of the hard work, I just didn’t wanted to be shouted into doing it.
I explained this honestly to Gwyneth on our first meeting, and I could tell from her feedback that she totally got it, and wasn’t going to use a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
Over the next few months, her combination of gentle encouragement and high ambition saw me become fitter and stronger than I’d ever been before. At my final session, when my assessment time knocked the socks off what it had been at the outset, I felt such a sense of pride - and I could tell Gwyneth did too. She was with me every step of the way, as invested in my progress as I was.
I carried on attending Boot Camp classes, and even within these, Gwyneth was brilliant at adeptly catering to different levels within the group, so I never felt out of my depth or (my worst nightmare) embarrassed in comparison to others. I was gutted when a house move meant I couldn’t come any more.
In short, if you’re looking for someone who will work with you to achieve whatever level of strength and fitness you’re after, then I can’t recommend Gwyneth enough.

I started 1-to-1 sessions with Gwyneth when I was expecting my third baby as I wanted to keep up my training, but wanted someone qualified in pre and post natal exercise. Gwyneth tailored each session depending on how I was feeling, working towards my goals in strength and posture, using everything from bodyweight to kettlebells and even doing a bit of boxing. Gwyneth is very calm, supportive and she clearly cares about her clients. She is also not judgemental and completely understands that working full time and having kids probably means that exercise is more than just a workout. Post baby I am now rejoining Meantime's Bootcamp sessions which are always good fun and never two sessions alike. I can wholeheartedly recommend Gwyneth to anyone that wants to improve their performance and get fitter.

Before I started training with Meantime Fitness, I found exercise a bit of a chore. But now I love it and am very much enjoying feeling stronger, fitter and toned.
Gwyneth has a holistic approach to health and fitness. Each session is tailored to my individual needs and goals which have, in the past, included rehab after a skiing injury. Above all, the sessions are varied, stimulating, challenging and great fun.
I like training outside in nature but currently am training with Gwyneth 3 days a week via Zoom which is equally effective and enjoyable.

I've always had some form of light to moderate fitness routine, but over the last 10 years have stopped and then found it increasingly hard to get the motivation to start back up. I approached Gwyneth because she was warm, friendly and un-intimidating and started with 5 classes. One on one is great and a new experience for me. You get pushed beyond your own limitations without knowing. I've continued with her because I love working with her now and feel stronger and more energetic from just 1 class a week.
