I founded Meantime Fitness in 2016, quitting my office job in London and refocusing on what I love.
Meantime Fitness allows me to use my extensive knowledge, passion for exercise and love of the outdoors to help people become fitter, stronger, confident versions of themselves.
What makes me and Meantime Fitness unique is my approach to training and level of qualification. I know how intimidating it can be to bite the bullet and make the decision to try something new... I speak from experience. I understand first-hand how important it is to feel 100% at ease during exercise. I’ll deliver you a varied and challenging workout in a "shout free", encouraging environment.
When it comes to health and fitness I take a holistic approach. I understand that no person is the same. I’m not into the latest fads or quick fixes, but tried and tested methods based on scientific research from reputable sources within the industry. Sport and exercise is so much more than aesthetics for me... it keeps my mind healthy and allows my body to keep moving and able to do the things I love.
I put a large amount of consideration into every session, with a strong focus on safe technique. On top of that I can explain the science and benefits behind every workout that we’ll do.
I have an established, long term client base and gain the majority of my clients through word of mouth and recommendations. I also have a high retention rate of clients once they start training with me. This is because of my personal approach and the fact that I genuinely care about my clients and their goals. There is nothing better than seeing my clients flourish and build their self confidence.
To keep myself fit and healthy you’ll often see me swimming in Charlton Lido or wild in lakes and rivers, playing football on Blackheath, or swinging kettlebells and smashing battle ropes in my back garden!
When I’ve got a free weekend I love nothing more than a good long hike – be it in the Kent countryside or the Jungles of South East Asia! But don't worry, it's not all about the exercise... I can also sometimes be found down the local pub with a pork pie in one hand and a pint in the other ;-).
