I will be delving in to my years of training and acquiring knowledge to devise a cross disciplined workout. I incorporate strength training, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and cardio into the workouts and we'll be using kettlebells, slam balls, battleropes and bodyweight.

Each class is designed for all fitness abilities so that wherever you are today in your fitness journey you will get what you need from the workout. I try to plan the class around the people I have signed up for it, meaning that the class should include something for everyone and can be adapted for any needs. No two sessions are the same, reducing boredom. I won't be shouting or using intimidating language, just gentle encouragement and warmth.

It's not all about hard work; there's lots of laughter, lovely people, the occasional event, meal out or pub visit and, as of recently, walking trips away. Come and join our group of bootcampers!
Gwyneth's classes are always challenging but fun. We have a laugh together in between working hard! Gwyneth is great at encouraging us to keep going and we do something different every week which keeps things interesting. I would definitely recommend Gwyneth's classes!

Gwyneth has been brilliant in pushing me beyond what I thought was possible! Having had a baby a year ago, I was very unfit and wanted to get back into shape.
