BOOTCAMP
I will be delving in to my massive tank of knowledge to devise a cross disciplined workout. We will be cross-training... incorporating strength training and high intensity interval training (HIIT). There’s no better way to improve strength, flexibility, coordination and well being than through cross training and that's what we'll be doing.
Each class is designed for all fitness abilities so that wherever you are today in your fitness journey you will get what you need from the workout.
Each exercise has 3 options, entry level, intermediate and advanced. It's as challenging as you'd like it to be.
No two sessions are the same so you'll never get bored. Every workout is very carefully constructed to ensure a safe and effective workout, reducing your risk of injury.
It's not all about hard work; there's lots of laughter, lovely people, the occasional event, meal out or pub visit. Come and join our fabulous Mean Team!
Gwyneth's classes are always challenging but fun. We have a laugh together in between working hard! Gwyneth is great at encouraging us to keep going and we do something different every week which keeps things interesting. I would definitely recommend Gwyneth's classes!
